Items marked as In stock are ready for immediate dispatch. Orders are shipped on business days, usually within 48 hours. Items marked as On request are currently not in stock. The delivery time for such goods is individual and depends on their availability.
For wholesale customers (with VAT/Company ID), we ensure stock availability of selected items with regular purchases. Minimum order value is 150 CZK (Kč) or 8 € (EUR). The exchange rate is automatically updated according to the Czech National Bank for the currency CZK (Kč).

Due date for goods
By bank transfer – We will send you payment information as part of the order confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the total price is payable immediately, within 7 days at the latest.
By online payment card – In the case of payment by online card, the total price is payable immediately.
Cash on delivery – Payment is made upon delivery of the goods. The total price is payable upon receipt of the goods. There may be a fee for cash on delivery. This fee is visible on the order.
Issuing an invoice
We issue the invoice on the day the goods are shipped or on the day of payment (for online payments or bank transfers). We usually place the invoice inside the parcel.
We are VAT payers. You can check on the website of the European Commission in the application VIES on the Web.
